My responsibilities at Aspect were to provide onsite support across the entire product range, primarily based in the south east but also covering the EMEA region as required. This included service calls, implementations, upgrades and add ons for various enterprise solutions. My product competencies include Unified IP, Advanced List Management, Customer Self Service, Quality Manager, Aspect Call Center and Rockwell ACD.

As a Project Engineer my duties were to ensure the smooth installation of Aastra/Ericsson MD110 and MXOne exchanges. These installs were carried out for many large blue chip enterprises and government departments. This role was very hands on and there was a fair amount of project management involved too.I have also gained experience of working with the Nortel Meridian1 PBX and the Mitel SX2000 PBX. One large project that I was involved with was for Aspect Software where my task was to carry out hardware and software upgrades to numerous Call Centres where the OS was being changed out from Unix with Infomix to a Windows Server and SQL platform.
