Duty's and responsibilities are the Coaching and mentoring of groups of 12 under my command at any one time. Weapon handling, First aid,Chemical warfare,Physical fitness are a few factors we are instructed required to teach. Planning lessons is key to delivering the successful outcome expected at the highest standard in term maximum first time pass rates. Confirmation of lessons taught are used when operating on exercise areas using different scenarios planned and delivered by the instructors.
