HCL Technologies – Retail Business Solutions was a company I created with multi-million dollar seed investments from Jones Apparel Group and HCL Technologies built to provide inventive tech solutions for Jones Apparel Group in addition to selling technology services to other retailers. This was a new line of business (consumer goods technology in the Americas) for HCL, a multi-billion $ technology services and PC manufacturer based in India. CEO role concurrent to the CIO role at Jones Apparel.As Chief Executive Officer, managed all corporate functions, bootstrapped business development; nurtured relationships with C level executives in the Retail market.
