Delivered multiple computational pipeline monitoring leak detection and operator trainer projects that integrate the leak detection system (LDS) with SCADA, control logic PLCs, and network infrastructure. Provided extensive documentation to the client detailing design specifications and test procedures, and communicated frequently with the customer to ensure a quality delivery. This communication established a mutual understanding between both parties to manage expectations, understand requirements, and develop a timeline for project efforts. Through this, I created and converted multiple change orders to remain in the project scope, adding both schedule relief and revenue while avoiding liquidated damages. Received a "Charge" award for my effectiveness on the delivery of the Keystone Pipeline System LDS upgrade, and traveled internationally, most recently to the Middle East and India, to deliver various projects. While not delivering projects, I have built multiple software applications with human machine interfaces to improve the user experience for multiple product offerings. I have also assisted in the development and enhancement of a compensated volume balance leak detection model, as well as creating a pressure loss leak detection application from scratch. In addition, I administer multiple servers and networks used internally by the project team. I have also served as an ambassador for the Global Step Up Recognition Program and the Worldwide Employee Share Ownership Plan, liaising between HR and my colleagues to encourage participation in company sponsored initiatives.

Executed wear measurements of metal plate samples using an interferometer after various lubricants were applied to the plate surface and run under a tribometer. Collaborated with other researchers to develop a high-performance, biodegradable bicycle chain lubricant. Trained other researchers how to use the equipment so testing could still progress after the turnover of my undergraduate class.

Led prospective students and their families on tours around the University of Delaware campus. Encouraged students to attend the university, answering any questions candidly. Enhanced the tour to increase interest by providing recounts of memorable, personal experiences.

Performed on-site energy, waste, and productivity assessments at large-scale manufacturing and chemical process facilities through a Department of Energy sponsored program. Analyzed the performance of various industrial equipment, including pumps, motors, belts, air compressors, blowers, fans, boilers, cooling towers, HVAC, lighting, etc. Provided recommendations and financial reports to clients, enabling them to make informed decisions on reductions of energy and raw material usage, often producing potential cost savings greater than six figures annually.
