I joined the automotive industry straight from school and have been involved ever since.Starting on the workshop floor as a Technician with a Vauxhall dealer I then moved to Porsche Cars Great Britain and from there to AFN Reading, their in house Porsche dealer.Wanting to progress my career I secured a role in Technical Support at Volvo Car UK and have been here, in various roles, since 1995. I moved into Learning and Development when an opportunity arose to manage training projects. I then returned to the cars where I was responsible for three training teams delivering to our Retailer Network and have now been lucky enough to have been given the opportunity to lead L&D for Volvo Car UK.
