The Vanilla project is a transitional project at ADEO, whose motto is Speed, Convergence and Standardization. Its goal is to implement Oracle Retail Solution (ERP) within business units.I take part in this project as an Oracle Retail Integrator. I particularly aim to:- Build skills on Oracle applications (Retail, Fusion Middleware, WebLogic)- Propose urbanizations of different software bricks to meet the expectations of the user- Deploy and maintain in operational condition several Oracle Retail environmentsI am also responsible for the automation of Oracle software bricks, which involves:- The definition of Ansible development standards- The management of 3 employees, their rise in competence and the attribution of loads- Exchange with the managers of the infrastructure automation, to make sure that the software integration team has all the necessary tools for the deployment- The implementation of KPIs and the communication to the superiors in order to bring the necessary visibility to the steering committees and project committees on the progress and the gains brought by the industrializationMy past experiences have also allowed me to:- Bring a spirit of continuous improvement in the content delivery- Provide a global vision on infrastructure and architecture around deployed software

The purpose of the website is to allow the outsourcing team and infrastructure team to monitor the daily checks and create monthly reports for clients from the generated statistics- Writing a package delivery script (Process time went from 1h30 to 5 minutes)- Re-encoding of a backup reporting script (generation time went from 45 minutes to 1 minute)- Creating different scripts to help the outsourcing team (Listing AD users, various checks)
