Planned and implemented architecture for production machine learning models in the legal language space. Including data pipelines (Python, pandas, dask), event log (Kinesis, Snowflake), model training, serving and continuous deployment (github, Codebuild, Sagemaker, docker). Prototyped and developed full end-to-end cloud environment for model development (AWS, sagemaker, Jupyter, Tensorflow, Keras, Sagemaker, spaCy, sklearn). Improved accuracy of document classification from 75 to 92%.

Planned, implemented and managed microservice based architecture on GCP for real time freight brokerage, serving over 1500 continuously active users. Developed backend APIs, react frontend web portals, managed SQL databases, accounting systems, and click-to-call chrome extension (GCP, K8s, GAE, SQL, Firebase, Laravel, node, react, websockets). Developed test harnesses and complete continuous integration deployment system to automatically run tests and deploy each service to development, QA and production environments. Devised and built consensus for the majority of technical decisions. Interim CTO for IT and software development.

Machine Learning Chapter Lead, led DCPI in deep learning on Google Cloud Platform (Python, Tensorflow, CloudML). Implemented deep neural net ML model, data pipeline, and critical components for video recommendation systems serving all Disney video sites (Python, GAE, Dataflow, Tensorflow, CloudML, BigQuery). Created the first accurate image classification models to recognize Disney characters and products.

Designed and built Kafka/Storm/ElasticSearch Lambda architecture on AWS for processinguser activity and notifications. Developed REST APIs for reporting user activity to frontend CMS. (AWS, Java, DynamoDB, PHP, Laravel, Jenkins, Kinesis).

Developed applications to transform Smart Procedures and equipment profiles in SQL databases into printable SOP manuals for running and maintaining industrial chemical facilities for companies such as Chevron and Exxon. Led the development of REST APIs (.NET, SQL). Created new functional language to enhance and simplify the development of PDF styling code. Created real-time online/offline web applications to replace printed documents with collaborative, interactive manuals. (WebSockets, MongoDB, AWS).
