Having worked on the frontline in the Loyalty & Membership Services sector for over 20 years I have visited many thousands of independent retail premises in towns across the UK. Retailers have a duty of care to provide a safe environment for their staff and customers. During the time of Covid-19, the subject of air quality has come to the forefront and the confusion and lack of direction in how to best protect customers and staff is evident. I am also a director of a small holiday resort in North Yorkshire and protecting our staff and guests is a priority. Researching how best to protect them has involved many hours learning about indoor air pollution, viruses, particulate matter, ionisation, and air filtration. When I was asked if I would be interested in being a founder member of APTA (AIR PURIFICATION TRADE ASSOCIATION) that would help to educate the public and businesses, as well as bringing standards to this sector, I jumped at the chance.

Bespoke projects for intensive recruitment in localised areas. Sales representative at National conferences and public speaking and presentations at client offices to highlight benefits and advantages of Countdown services.

Recruitment and database maintenance of 1200+ restaurants across Uk and Ireland into membership services programme for National Westminster Bank, Royal Bank of Scotland, Bank of Ireland & Ulster Bank. Customer services liaison, working to strict targets for specific geographical areas.
