The hotel has conference center can accommodate 300 guests, which is one of the best hotel in the world. I started as Cook2 then I’ve promoted to Cook1 within 9months. Chef to the rescue - I assisted Chef Michael Schwartz to cook White Oak Pastures Sloppy Joe with turnip slaw, Hot sauce and Homemade pickles. April Festival – I assisted Chef Andrew Litherland, Chef Leonardo Maurelli, The hospitality GALA – I assisted Chef Michael Schwartz to cook Braised short ribs with romesco sauce.
