Played an instrumental role in launching the Derby branch of UK Start-Up, Enjoy UK and later in 2022 adding multisite management of Oxford site. Delivering a smart last mile solution in partnership with BT and EE, by bringing the best of the retail store direct to the customers door. Including assisted sales of partner solutions and delivery, installation and set up of products and services on behalf of mobile retail store partners across the US, UK and Canada. Established as one of the Lead Field Managers leading a team of 30+ who service customers across all of Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire and Leicestershire, ensuring purchases are delivered within agreed SLAs and, where applicable, they are set up and running efficiently as to manufacturer standards. Accountable for driving PnL profitability, customer excellence and ensuring all duties and responsibilities in the field, office and customer homes are conducted compliantly. They have had all risks assessed to mitigate any issues. Ownership of fleet Management ensures the fleet is maintained and daily checks are in place. Hence, it adheres to road safety laws and scheduling/resource planning to ensure we offer suitable availability to customers.

Supported PC World and Currys for nearly ten years and was present during the merger in July 2019. The merger resulted in Dixons Carphone announcing they’d rebrand as Currys in September 2021, dropping the PC World from the Currys name. During this period, I’ve played a leading role across numerous stores, helping embed best practices to increase customer NPS scores and spend per customer and leading teams to deliver exemplary service and performance.
