With over two decades of dedicated service in non-operative Sports Medicine, I am eager to extend my professional journey by continuing to provide exemplary care to patients grappling with various musculoskeletal issues. As a Board Certified physician with specialized qualifications in Sports Medicine (CAQSM), I bring a wealth of expertise to the table.Currently stationed at a prominent outpatient orthopedic practice along the Suncoast of Florida, I am deeply involved in the evaluation and treatment of a wide spectrum of musculoskeletal injuries. My responsibilities encompass the comprehensive interpretation of radiographs and MRI scans, as well as the proficient use of musculoskeletal Ultrasound procedures, for which I hold certification (RMSK).My diverse background encompasses roles such as a medical officer in the US Navy, Physician for the Olympic Winter Games in Salt Lake City, and Team Physician for Division 1 College and local high schools. Additionally, I serve as an auxiliary Team Physician for US Soccer, underscoring my commitment to sports medicine at both national and regional levels.An avid educator, I have had the privilege of sharing my knowledge, lecturing nationally and internationally, particularly focusing on the diagnostic and interventional applications of Ultrasound in Sports Medicine. Moreover, my involvement as a question writer for the National Exam for primary care Sports Medicine underscores my dedication to advancing the field.
