Experienced manager with a demonstrated history of working within the general engineering industry. Skilled in Quality Control, Manufacturing, Quality Management, Project Management, and Mechanical Engineering. As part of a team my role also involves the estimating/account managing of existing accounts and sourcing of new customer accounts. I am first port of call for my customer accounts base should they have any engineering queries or enquiries. I liaise with the customer and prepare detailed quotations/costs in line with their engineering drawings and specifications. I compile job packs, providing traceability in accordance with ISO 9001. I am directly responsible for machineshop production time scales, technical/manufacturing and the purchase of materials and any sub-contract services .I progress chase the job through to completion and through to the organising of final delivery to customer.
