Reporting to the division president, accountable for all aspects of supply chain (customer service, planning, logistics, distribution, bulk fleet, trade compliance and all direct & indirect procurement). Five director level reports managing >$200MM in raw material spend across a significant number of materials and a >$50MM transportation budget planning, servicing, delivering and managing inventory to over 5000 concrete production locations in the US and Canada.

Accountable to continuously improve global supply chain strategies, governance and service across all Lubrizol business segments. Role reports to the Corporate Vice-President of Operations and matrixed to the division business Presidents. Organization includes Centers of Excellence (customer experience, supply planning and logistics), global transportation and warehousing, master data, and trade and transportation compliance. Budget responsibility for ~$100MM with a total logistics spend of ~$500MM.

Accountable for global operations (manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, HSES, quality, process technology) for Lubrizol Oilfield Solutions – a $600 MM division of Lubrizol. Member of the Lubrizol Oilfield leadership team. Dual reporting to the division President and the Corporate Vice-President of Operations. Accountable for all operations activities supporting the business. Seven direct reports across the functional areas (250+ total employees).

Lead the Lubrizol Additives activities to improve standards of quality for products and services. Partner with corporate operations, businesses segments, manufacturing facilities and customers to assure product quality meets our customers’ quality needs. Lead the Product Integrity Steering Team with monthly reporting to Lubrizol Additives President and Corporate Vice-President of Operations.

Manage team comprised of four regional product managers and three global product line managers for Driveline Additives business. Responsible for driving business results for the North and South America. Responsible for establishing the five and ten-year business plans, yearly budgets, succession planning and hiring/firing.

Direct commercial aspects of $450 million global business including P&L responsibility. Establish business and product line strategies and long and short-term financial targets. Plan and administer $20 million technical and marketing budget.

Directed process development, process improvement, sourcing and long-term strategic capacity planning for antioxidants, anti-wear additives, friction modifiers, corrosion inhibitors and extreme pressure additives. Managed 7 direct reports and 6 indirect reports. Led a multi-business segment steering committee to align operations and business strategies. Interfaced with manufacturing facilities globally on new product introduction, manufacturing consolidation, quality initiatives and capacity improvements.
