• Responsible for the day-to-day running of CAA / FAA (EASA Part 145 / FAR Part 145 & part 43) certified repair facilities at both Heathrow and Gatwick Airports. • Responsible for all staffing issues hiring, discipline etc.• Liaising with customers on a daily basis.• Ensuring the quick, efficient collection, repair and return of equipment in accordance with standards specified in certification.• Setting targets and ensuring that these are achieved• Ensuring sufficient resource including staff, spare parts, tooling and equipment.• Producing on a weekly / monthly basis reports/spread sheets for customers detailing quantities repaired / turnaround times etc. plus reports on any special projects that were in progress I.E modification programs.• As company authorised signatory dealt with ID centres at LHR and LGW to obtain airside security passes for staff and company vehicles.
