Work in a primarily outgoing quality role ensuring all packaged goods leave within specifications. Accomplish this through extensive checks using a Hach 6110 Orbisphere and Anton Parr Alcolyzer Beer ME, as well as analyzing finished product and double seam integrity.

Worked checking daily fermentation values, releasing bright beer tanks, assessing yeast health and collecting and plating micro samples throughout the life of each beer.
