I was responsible for keeping the stock inventory accurate and up to date and keeping the inventory storage clean and neat so parts were easily found. I also delivered parts to technicians in their work bays and wholesale customers. Parts handled were sometimes very large, thus requiring use of a forklift.

I held several roles during my time at Jeff Wyler Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram of Lawrenceburg. I started as a Lot Porter, keeping the vehicle inventory in clean, working order. I later moved to the Service Department to help with many tasks including assisting technicians and the parts department. I was ultimately promoted to Service Writer where I recieved vehicles, documented customer concerns, and took responsibility for the vehicle and service ticket through every step of repair, payment, and delivery to the customer.
