I was appointed Lead Facilitator in the foundation year of IDEA. IDEA is an alternative option to mainstream education for young creatives, innovators and entrepreneurs aged 15 - 18 years. I work with global and local networks to arrange portfolio-based pathways to university, training and employment driven by individual interests. IDEA recognises that a one-size-fits-all education model does not work for all students.
