With almost 10 years of culinary experience, I continue to have the hunger for growth in this industry. I continuously strive to achieve excellence when it comes to food and quality of service.My accomplishments can be seen within my knife skills, managerial skills, leadership, and communication, with both staff and diners. I have drive and enthusiasm, which allows me to learn new skills quickly. I have a huge love for what I do. The positive reaction from diners and positive feedback from coworkers is what motivates me to continue in this challenging career.The taco truck I manage has many achievements that I am proud to be a part of, such as "Best Taco Truck" in South Florida, twice nominated "Food Truck of the Year" of South Florida, "People's Choice Best Food Truck" in South Florida, and being voted one of the healthiest food trucks in the United States.I have been invited to showcase and cook in many prestiges events, such as Food and Wine Festival's "Tacos After Dark" (2015, 2016, and 2017), the Cadillac Championship Golf Tournament (2015 and 2016), Okeechobee Music Festival (2017), Tortuga Music Festival (2015, 2016, and 2017), and a food vendor for Perfect Vodka Amphitheater (2014, 2015, 2016, and 2017).
