Customer Service Representative
CurrentPromoting Standard Life pension and investment products to brokers and clients over the phone & via email. Processing all new business applications from start to finish.Building strong relationships with clients and third party providers. Working closely across different divisions within the Standard Life organisation both in Ireland and abroad to ensure the best possible service for clients.Managing customer complaints efficiently and resolving in a timely and satisfactory manner. Providing cover for telephony team ensuring allowing the continued operation of the telephony team receiving queries from clients during busy times and to facility team meetings for the telephony team.Conduct effective KYC/AML checks for new and existing clients and ensuring that internal and external KYC/AML requirements are effectively met at all times. Report any suspicious activities of financial crime to our risk department.Executing trades on a variety of different products within the International Bond and Irish pension policies, this includes both platform and off platform products such as ETF funds, managed funds and deposits.Vetting mutual funds for suitability within Standard Life’s offshore bond and ensuring they meet the UCITS rules and regulatory framework for investment in Ireland as permitted assets.Ensuring all payments are processed in a timely manner and for deadline.Heavily involved in the training of existing and new team members within the company.
