My great strengths has been the ability to understand and react to changing situations and I am a team player whom is always willing to help and give that little bit extra. I am well versed on the many trends and changes that occur in the hospitality industry.During my time at Crown Casino in Melbourne I was involved in many aspects of compliance and managing a wide selection of training, P&L’s and improvement of systems.I am currently working at Skycity where I am the Assistant Manager of Flare Bar which is a 24 hour bar that offers cocktails, signature cocktails, a wide range of wines along with the ever present beer and spirits. The venue has a wide array of challenges but it is very satisfying achieving positive results I would be very interested in seeing if I would be a good fit for your company.
