Responsible for the Fire Life Safety on the campus of Rockefeller University.

Oversee day to day operations and assignments of the hotel staff. Monitor Front Office, Engineering and Housekeeping departments regarding productivity and established SOP's. Lead all aspects of quality assurance including establishing processes for assessment of all teams to ensure Hilton Brand Standard Compliance and quality goals are met. Act as key point of contact for all QA aspects to include reviews, and resources. Collaborate with all internal and external sources for operations, product compliance, Information Technology (IT) to ensure seamless execution of all quality assurance processes and the resolution of defects. Engage with all Team Leaders to encourage a commitment and passion for the “Hilton Way”. Continue to develop QA plans to provide actionable insights which help drive Hilton's performance.
