Facilitating spaces for writers to create their work at this national organisation, delivering writing courses, workshops and retreats. - Hosting writing retreats online and in-person to support writers to define and reach their writing goals- Designing and delivering online masterclasses to help writers thrive through developing skills and approaches e.g. working with feedback, creatively resourcing themselves

Making my creative work in theatre and filmmaking as a writer, director and performer. I enjoy making stories that delight and move audiences- Wrote and directed ‘Bug Camp’, developed by Tobacco Factory Theatre in Bristol and winner of the New Writing South Award for Best Play 2017- Wrote and performed the solo show about grief ‘My Heart is a Spark’, awarded the Ironclad Creative Bursary and the Brighton Fringe Audience Choice Award for Best Event 2022

Formed a team to help grow a culture of purpose, self-management and wholeness in this healthcare social enterprise of 150+ administrative and clinical staff. Designed and delivered projects and interventions across a portfolio of interests including organisational brand and communications, office environment, staff wellness, and working practices. - Led the internal project team working closely with an outside agency to create and launch a new and repurposed brand identity for the organisation- Led on development of key internal and external communications projects, including the company’s annual report for an audience of 300+ staff and stakeholders- Co-created a suite of guidance resources to equip teams on best organisational practices e.g. good meetings, creating purposeful work- Delivered workshop facilitation, learning groups and individual coaching to support teams and leaders to succeed- Led staff-wide consultation and design input to create and expanding office working space- Managed annual budget of +£100k to successfully realise strategic objectives

Brought productions to stages in Brighton and London for this new writing theatre company.- Directed ensemble casts to appear in seven critically well-received shows, including ‘Crushed’ and ‘Bug Camp’, which both won the New Writing South Award for Best New Play- Managed budgeting and design and creation of marketing to successfully deliver productions

Provided personal support to company directors, alongside supporting clinical service projects at this referral management social enterprise.- Liaised with partners and organised content to support the writing of a successful bid for a new Sussex-wide clinical service - Administrated leadership meetings including board meetings and AGM to ensure required reporting was submitted and decisions taken disseminated- Supported clinical engagement with local GP practices to share learning and standardise best practice- Created internal communications to share news and plaudits across the organisation
