Industrial and Construction based training professional and previous training manager with over 30 years experience in course development and delivery. I Joined The Building Safety Group in May 2019 to help build and develop the plant training side of the training department and to support the training manager where required. Previously I worked for Bristol based Didac Ltd, joining in 2010 tasked with setting up a new industrial training unit and during my time there I developed the unit to establish it as a leading supplier of industrial and construction based training throughout the UK. Currently I have been accredited to ITSSAR for over 30 years as a cat 1 instructor and a cat 4 tutor and have been involved in improving the standards of instructors and tutors for ITSSAR in the past. I have also helped with the development of some of the ITSSAR training syllabuses over a number of years.I have previously also been accredited with NPORS, ALLMI and RTITB.In my spare time I fly hot air balloons with friends and family as and when the weather allows and have been fortunate to fly balloons at various events at home and abroad.
