I am an experienced, award-winning hospitality manager, a member of the Chartered Management Institute (CMI), who builds and motivates great teams to achieve success. In this role I am fully accountable for profit & loss, health and safety (including risk assessments, fire regulations and complying with HSE and food safety standards), sales driving, and team management (retention and development). I am highly proficient with IT systems used for reporting, analysing and generating data to improve the business. I also work as the ITM (Internal training manager) for the north of Scotland, This includes presentations, development workshops, one to one coaching and inductions of new GM’s. In addition, I also cover annual leave of our Regional Manager.

Similar to each role as GM responsible for delivery of P&L results, revenue growth, health and safety and team management. This role in particular concentrated on Margin control, Hotel Rev Pars and ARR's, Restaurant SPH and team development.
