The challenge to summarise over 20 years of technical delivery from a diverse number of roles, as job titles alone can be misleading.I'll start by mentioning a spread of experience between both software development and operation support roles. During which there are several years as technical team leader, including such as work assignment, appraisals, mentoring and training.I've been involved with the rapid delivery of bespoke software to client requirements. From it's initial development to production with short turn around, and ongoing live support and enhancements.From the view of platforms, I've built server environments, installed & configured COTS products along with application code where applicable. This continues with maintenance, such as their upgrades & patching of any of the OS, COTS and code releases as required.In all cases I've been part of a team. From learning on the job, mentoring others and leading. Collaborated with other teams for delivery or problem resolution, along with direct dealings with suppliers and customer facing.A characteristic I'm known for is stepping out of the role. That is, choosing not to sit in a bunker or silo, but getting involved if feel I have the experience to help others. Job satisfaction for me is derived from two sources.• Solving problems or looking into service improvements.• Working with the people around me, knowledge share, mentoring and shadowing.𝐀𝐯𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤?
