Program manager for fully scaled up Agile development project of ~250 staff. This project was the vanguard for adopting Agile methodologies in the PDU and lessons learnt and practices deployed here were deployed across the PDU.I had full project responsibility for the delivery of ENIQ portfolio, Eniq is a suite of products in the Network Management domain that is used to support with performance management of Telecoms networks as well as providing advanced analytics of Telecoms Networks.• Delivering directly to tier 1 telecoms customers around the world• Development located in Ireland and India• Ensure project schedules, milestones and key performance indicators were adhered to.• Drive the Agile transformation from beginning to end, constant deployment of new practices and assessing their impact, adjusting and going again.• Accurate project reporting• Project budgeting
