The Director of Finance has oversight and management of the functions of Finance, IT & Communications, Property & Procurement and Contract Management. The role provides strategic leadership for the organisation’s corporate and financial governance. This leadership role will identify and implement strategies which position McLean Care for growth and sustainability aligned with the future direction of the organization.

The Senior Finance Manager is responsible for effective business partnering and end to end commercial support of Ventia's Resources & Industrial Business Unit, providing commercial and financial leadership and insights to the Business Unit delivering revenues in excess of $650m the businesses comprise a portfolio of Operations & Maintenance, Brownfield construction and service delivery contracts under a variety of commercial models.The Senior Finance Manager is business partner to the Executive General Manager of Resources & Industrial supporting all strategic initiatives (contract margin improvement, bidding, M&A, CAPEX / investment evaluation, performance and operational improvement). Responsible for accurate processing and reporting of financial transactions and the preparation & reporting of annual budget, re-forecasts and 5 year plan – including assessment of the financial impact of R&Os, identification of trends and recommend action.

Provide commercial leadership and insights for the Easternwell business. My primary objective is to manage the financial and commercial aspects of the Easternwell business and to assist the Executive Management Team to optimise the value of, and returns on, shareholders’ investments through the effective use of business assets and human resources, consistent with the business strategy.• Overall responsibility for the commercial performance of the Easternwell business, including management of Joint Venture entities.• Provide strategic advice and insight in regards to commercial activities• Perform critical analysis of financial results and business performance• Development and maintenance of key relationships with customers and key external stakeholders, including Joint Venture partners• Development and maintenance of both longer-term financial plans and annual budgets and forecasts• Provide financial, commercial and risk input for contract bids and proposals, including providing leadership for alternative approaches to achieve optimal business outcomes.

Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer I am responsible for the overall financial management and direction of the Group. My primary objective is to manage the financial and commercial aspects of the group and to assist the CEO to optimise the value of, and returns on, shareholders’ investments through the effective use of business assets and human resources, consistent with the vision, values and objectives adopted by the board of directors.

As a member of the senior executive team, I am responsible for the management of the company’s business and commercial functions. I also, in my role as Company Secretary, provide information and guidance to assist the Board of Directors in strategic planning and decision making.

I also provide information and guidance to assist the Board of Directors in strategic planning and decision making.

As the sole administration position based in Western Australia, I performed all duties with a significant level of autonomy. I was responsible for the management of the company’s commercial and operational functions. As the significant businesses in Western Australia were joint ventures, I was responsible for providing commercial and operational guidance to both shareholder companies.

Management of the daily operations of the company's activities in the Port of Dampier, including vessel allocation and personnel management of all crew. Duties also included preparation of management reports, including financials.

Provide management accounting analysis and reporting functions for various subsidiaries within the Riverside Marine Group.
