Since joining Time Inc. UK I have created whole new revenue stream through launching 4 new series products. Controlling this project right through from conception to launch - due to their success the project is being expanded further in 2016. At present these have created £2 million in additional revenue which is forecasted to increase to £9 million in 2016. Key responsibilities:• Responsibility and management of the Specialist division’s portfolio which includes 20+ titles including Country Life, Decanter, Golf Monthly, MBR, NME.• Management of members of the Specialist team. This involves developing them and ensuring they gain exposure to key aspects of the industry and key trade accounts in order to help them to progress in their career. • Control of the Specialist division’s trade marketing budget and implementing plans at brand level which will maximise revenue and exposure.• Reporting and presenting to board level on a month end and ad hoc basis. • Build relationship with key trade accounts and develop strategies which work for all stakeholders.• Liaising with publishing to develop print & digital strategies for the title.• Maximise potential of key seasonal bursts to drive revenue – a targeted retail campaign by Rugby World to capitalise from the World Cup is an example of this.• Conduct thorough analysis of the individual markets and implement decisions based on this data.

Have spent 4 years working for Imagine Publishing and have control of the trade marketing activity for the Magazine Portfolio and the ever growing Bookazine product range. Over this time I have assisted the company in diversifying from their technology core in to new areas of content allowing for substantial incremental retail sales volumes. Key responsibilities:• Prepare and manage comprehensive budgets and forecasts against measurable KPIs on an annual and quarterly basis for all product sales activities• Responsible for recording, tracking and measuring return on investment from the trade marketing plan activity• Conducting regular analysis on market and competitor performance • Work closely with both distributors and retailers to ensure our products gain maximum listings and market share• Represent Imagine at industry wide events across both the UK and the Rest of the World in order to enhance relationships across the industry and to ensure that we have a high presence in all routes to market• Planning and delivering the launch of new products, ensuring they achieve maximum penetration as quickly as possible and become a profitable part of the overall portfolio.• Managing the day to day circulation of Imagines portfolio – liaising closely with other key departments in the company
