Responsible for leading and managing over 80 personnel running Operational Testing of aircraft, weapons, avionics and tactics for Air Combat Command. Directly led teams running special access security for 6 different types of aircraft from F-22s to A-10s and foreign material exploitation and integration testing with joint and coalition services.• Responsible for special access security of 14 secure facilities and 145 personnel. Earned “Best in Wing” inspection designation from 53 Test Wing Commander.• Led F-35 security beddown, facility design, instrumentation and operational data security.• Deployed to Operation Enduring Freedom, led 40 person Joint Operations Center through over 600 combined operations with Combined Joint Task Force 76.

Responsible for all Secretary of the Air Force directed 48th Fighter Wing Advanced Program activities. Develops guidance, procedures and operating instructions to manage all facets of AP including operations, training, maintenance, logistics, mobility, security and facilities. Manages over $60M in facilities and $300K annual budget.

Conducts exercise, contingency, and combat strategy, targeting, and planning for Seventh Air Force and Combined Forces Command Air Component Command. Apportioned assets and produced the Integrated Tasking Order; integrated airspace and information operations planning.
