I am currently focusing on our development platform within the repository team, where we are creating a monorepository. My key responsibilities include ensuring the solution's reliability, mitigating risks, eliminating toil, and advancing the observability of our services.This project aims to streamline our development processes and consolidating our entire codebase, enhancing developer's collaboration via our own tools like plugins and utilities.

I spearheaded the design and implementation of a self-hosted Bitbucket cluster tailored for the Yandex Cloud team, serving over 1,000 users. This comprehensive project encompassed system design, infrastructure development, deployment, and complete observability configuration, culminating in a seamless migration of existing repositories to the new solution without any downtime. Additionally, I was sustaining an existing development platform, encompassing tools like TeamCity, Spinnaker, Bitbucket, and several internal services, ensuring their seamless operation and maintenance.My contributions have not only enhanced our team's development capabilities but also opened new opportunities for developing our plugin ecosystem and increasing efficiency in our processes.
