I am passionate about designing and developing data-driven and user-centred products and services that solve real-world problems and create positive impact.As a Product Manager, I manage the company's portfolio of digital products from conception to product in market. I am responsible for the product strategy and roadmap, the product engineering process and team, and the customer retention and growth. I have led the M-Paper transition to Rifaly, a platform that enables users to access digital content and services offline, and scaled it in East Africa and beyond. I have also worked on the development of a local adNetwork, a solution that connects advertisers and publishers in low connectivity areas. I have a strong background in industrial IoT, machine learning, cloud computing, and big data, and I apply these skills to create innovative solutions for various sectors, such as oil and gas, energy, and transportation. I am also a board member at City Harvest Church, where I oversee the digital media outreach strategies, the ICT systems and infrastructure, the youth excellence initiatives, and the investments.
