I am a public health professional with expertise in Voluntary Medical Male Circumcisions (VMMC), Early Infant Male Circumcision (EIMC) and Sexual and Reproductive Health Services. Currently Paul is the Quality Assurance and Training Advisor for the Swazi VMMC program. I have worked in the field of HIV infectionprevention and control in Zimbabwe and Eswatini since 2005. I played a vital role in leading the Voluntary Medical Male Circumcision team at Family Life of Eswatini to circumcise more than 25 000 males from 2009 to September 2017. I am a Co-author of; Key Components of the Kingdom of Swaziland's Successful Scale-up of Early Infant Male Circumcision. Published July 2016I have been involved in drafting and editing the Eswatini National Operational Plan that gives strategic direction to various Ministry of Health (MOH) officials, implementers and other stakeholders. I am currently working supporting the voluntary medical male circumcision program for HIV prevention. My role involves Quality Assurance, Trainings, Clinical, development of annual work plans, implementation and ensuring that targets are reached without compromising client safety. I have vast experience in Sexual Health, condom programs. In my role I have had the opportunity of exposure to supply chain aspects, forecasting resources needed to carry out the services. I was also involved overseeing the storage and distribution of essential supplies.
