Based fulltime in Vietnam I have the responsibility for the leadership and performance of both the Vietnam and India Operations.

Overall Engineering responsibility for the Group including new assets sourcing, purchasing, commissioning and installation, new factory set up and project management across the Australasian region and Product development. Operationally responsible for the manufacturing site in Mumbai India where the company employees approximately 180 employees producing packaging for the local and export markets.

Responsibilities: • Overall management of 5 key service lines nationally. Including Hospitality & Catering, Stores & Transport, Ground Maintenance, Housekeeping & Accommodation and Fuels & Fire fighting. • Ensuring the OHS&W of all employees within the operation is maintained and activities co-ordinated for continual improvement.• Management of 5 National managers covering 1,800 staff.• Direct contact with several levels of Defence and Government on all matters related to contract delivery/performance. • Development, Management & reporting on P&L financial performance.Achievements:• Oversight and development of Service improvement initiatives.• Delivery of growth opportunities.• Successful negotiation on several key Enterprise Agreements.

Responsibilities: • Overall management of 33% of the Adelaide Metro Network.• Ensuring the OHS&W of all employees within the operation is maintained and activities co-ordinated for continual improvement.• Fleet of 378 buses, 620 drivers & 3 workshops including 38 Trades Personnel.• Direct contact with several levels of Department of Transport & Infrastructure (DPTI) on all matters related to contract delivery/performance. • Management & reporting on financial performance.• Delivery of +18 mil service km per year.Achievements:• Oversight of network design that has improved bottom line performance while maintaining/improving services to 21 million travelling patrons.• Consistent achievement of required Client benchmarks.• Continued patronage increase of 2.4% Fy15. • Establishment of a structured operational management model across contract.• Implementation of a KPI monthly reporting regime that tracks and measures performance of contract.

Responsibilities:• Overall management of the Mile End and Mount Gambier Sites.• Ensuring the OHS&W of all employees within the operation is maintained and activities co-ordinated for continual improvement.• Managing personnel (up to 120) across 3 shifts. Including Production, Scheduling, Internal Sales, Dispatch and Maintenance activities.• Ensuring the manufacture of sheeting and a full range of roofing components meet quality and budgetary requirements. • Working to and the achievement of Budgets.• All customer requirements and expectations are met and exceeded.Achievements:• Site extension and layout of machinery and equipment utilising lean manufacturing and safety principals.• The establishment of a new mezzanine floor site office including the relocation of internal sales, scheduling, production and estimating personnel. • Co-ordination of safety guarding program in line with established plan.• FIFO Project/Operations management for the relocation of two NSW sites into one large site at Minto while maintaining operational requirements including safety and productivity.• Restructure of underperforming NSW Minto business including the appointment of new Operations Manager.

Responsibilities:• Overall management of the Preparation and Banbury Areas.• Ensuring the OHS&W of all employees within the operation is maintained and activities co-ordinated for continual improvement.• Ensuring the manufacture of bulk rubber and components meet quality and budgetary requirements. • Establishing and working to Strategy Plans and Budgets.• Reporting of department’s performance to upper management.Achievements:• Identified areas for improvement and initiating activities resulting in productivity and quality gains.• Successful management of improvement projects involving cross functional teams including technical, engineering and quality personnel.• Overall co-ordination of large scale safety improvement activities.• Introduction of improvements identified during overseas study trips.• Implementation of key improvement strategies developed while on study trip in Tokyo.

Responsibilities:• Overall management of the Die Casting, Machining and Engine Assembly Plant.• Ensuring the OHS&W of all employees within the operation is maintained and activities co-ordinated for continual improvement.• Managing personnel (up to 350) across 3 shifts including 8 section • Managers, supervisors, leading hands and production personnel. • Ensuring the manufacture, assembly and delivery of engine and brakes components meets company and export requirements.• Establishing and working to Annual Management Plans and Budgets.• Reporting of Business Unit performance to upper management.Achievements:• Continued performance improvements of Business Unit.• Clear communication of activities related to closure of Plant.• Maintained motivation of team in all aspects of Business Unit operations during close down.
