Extensive experience of delivering training and psycho-education, working one-to-one with clients in a therapeutic and/or mentoring capacity and conducting qualitative and quantitative research in academic and vocational settings. Leadership experience from within the third sector as well as management experience from further education.

• Responsible for providing low intensity 1:1 Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for clients presenting with a range of mental health difficulties.• Delivering psycho-education to groups of clients: topics included: stress & mood, anger management and anxiety, • Experience with managing risk and writing case notes/reports.
