I am a freelance animator/motion designer with around 10 years experience, built on another decade of graphic design buffered in-between by a couple of years knocking around in Australia, all of which has put me in a great position for understanding how to visualise and develop animated projects from scratch to fruition.I have the ability to develop a project from beginning to end, sketching out storyboards, design concepts, visualisation and building of scenes, animating in 2D and 3D, character design/animation, tracking and re-touching footage. Software of choice is After Effects along with all of Adobe’s Creative Suite and Cinema 4D using the Octane render engine, I’m currently familiarising myself with the Unreal Engine as I can see how important that is becoming as a useful tool. I will try my hand at anything or if nothing else develop ideas and visuals that can be passed on to a specialist.My career has been built mainly while living and working in London initially working freelance full time for around 18 months for Silversun Media, this then placed me in contact with various editors and production managers who's recommendations have kept me busy in a variety of other places ever since.
