•Challenging Business performance (operational and strategic) through timely analysis and reporting, making recommendations.•Driving Company's Financial Planning and Cost Management through various tools including; Budgeting and Forecasting with short interval monitoring and control and Business Intelligence.•Spearheading Business Process Improvement Initiatives through continuous improvement activities in line with Management Information Systems and changing technology trends.•Working Capital Management and Inventory Management ensuring optimum stock holding and sound inventory control systems.•Facilitate and guide in Monthly Business Executive review.•In-depth analysis of price/cost and volume variances for revenue, OPEX & CAPEX parameters.•Develop and maintain partnerships with internal management stakeholders in order to provide insights on key business parameters and levers for growth that will facilitate and influence business decision-making.•Daily, weekly, monthly succinct performance tracking and highlights to the commercial organization.•Design business performance evaluation & alarm mechanism to evaluate business performance month on month and track key KPI’s verses target.•Deliver meaningful, accurate and timely performance management reports to demonstrate business performance and achievement against key performance indicators.•Share key insights from the key performance indicators tracked per product and per segment.
