CurrentIn 2013, Trivandi was formed to share the knowledge and expertise gained as the senior leadership team that planned, delivered and operated the 120+ venues of the London 2012 Olympic & Paralympic Games. We have since expanded to a team of over 50 permanent staff across 3 global offices in London, Dubai and Riyadh. This core team is complemented by over 1,850 members of our Associate Network, a pool of tried, tested and trusted Subject Matter Experts.As co-founder of Trivandi, Paul’s role has been varied and diverse. It has included the setting and implementation of business strategy, leading and growing a first-class team and providing strategic advice, leadership and assurance on many mega events and venues projects, including: - The Olympic and Paralympics Games for Rio 2016 and Tokyo 2020 and Paris 2024- FIFA 2022 World Cup, Qatar- Lima 2019 PanAmerican and Para PanAmerican Games- Ashgabat 2017 Asian Indoor and Martial Arts Games- Glasgow 2014 and Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games- Riyadh 2034 Asian Games- UEFA Euro 2028, UK & Ireland- Aston Villa Football Club, Villa Park redevelopment- Eden Project Morecambe (UK) and international venues portfolio- Rugby Football Union, Twickenham East Stand & wider stadium redevelopment- Charlton Athletic Football Club, redevelopment of The Valley- Peterborough United Football Club, new stadium development- URWLD, immersive active leisure destinations- Below the Lights immersive event destination, Piccadilly Circus – London- Heathrow Airport Expansion Programme- ExCeL London exhibition & convention centre, Phase 3 developmentPaul has also played a key role in driving new business initiatives, including the recent development and launch of the Trivandi Academy.
