In 2013, Trivandi was formed to share the knowledge and expertise gained as the senior leadership team that planned, delivered and operated the 120+ venues of the London 2012 Olympic & Paralympic Games. We have since expanded to a team of over 50 permanent staff across 3 global offices in London, Dubai and Riyadh. This core team is complemented by over 1,850 members of our Associate Network, a pool of tried, tested and trusted Subject Matter Experts.As co-founder of Trivandi, Paul’s role has been varied and diverse. Since its inception, the Sporting Capital fund has invested in many high-impact community sports projects across England including cricket, football, ice hockey, fencing, gymnastics, rowing, kayaking, boxing, bouldering, rugby league, kickboxing, hockey, fitness gyms, boccia, wheelchair exercise, swimming and dance.

Co-Chair of Joint Venture Company Trivandi Chanzo, established to provide the staff and operational planning team for the 5th AIMAG, Ashgabat 2017. Trivandi Chanzo directly employed nearly 800 operational planning staff as part of the biggest ever out-source contract of personnel to form the organising committee for a mega event.

Paul successfully led a large multi-disciplinary team in the delivery of the largest temporary venue portfolio ever delivered for a world major event. Paul was a member of the Venues and Infrastructure management team and played a central role in the growth and strategic direction of the department. Working closely with key senior colleagues Paul spearheaded the strategic planning and ultimate delivery of 140 Olympic and Paralympic venues.• Led the procurement and delivery of a £650m+ budget across 140 venues. This entailed the securing of 100+ Planning Consents and 100+ Building Control approval and the management of 240 contracted suppliers.• Led a team of 140 staff with responsibility for budget management, venue design, Statutory consents, programmes, reporting, procurement, supplier contract management, health and safety, sustainability, security infrastructure, document control, department operational readiness and stakeholder management.• Management and reporting to numerous internal and external stakeholders including the International Olympic Committee (IOC), Government Olympic Executive (GOE), Olympic Delivery Authority (ODA), Security Stakeholders, Health & Safety Executive (HSE).• Developed and implemented delivery strategy for all temporary event overlay for the Games. This included the 23,000 seat equestrian venue in Greenwich Park, the 15,000 seat Hockey Arena in the Olympic Park and the 12,000 seater Beach Volleyball Arena in Horseguards Parade• Established and chaired the Leadership Team for Health, Safety and Sustainability• Led the department through the ‘dissolution’ phase including the dismantling and reinstating of the numerous temporary venues, closing out the 240 supplier contracts and steering the wind-down of the department
