Worked as a summer intern while studying at Columbia Business School in Colgate's Oral Care Marketing Department. I assisted with brand management of Colgate Toothpaste and Ultra Brite. While there I also conducted a feasibility study on a new product launch that included quantitative and qualitative market research, creation of positioning concepts, concept exploratory and launch plan. I also assisted in negotiations of licensing contracts with major media and entertainment companies.

Stimorol is a famous European chewing gum brand which competes with Wrigleys. I was one of start up managers for a brownfield chewing gum packaging plant and a greenfield chewing gum factory in Novgorod, Russia. During my time with Stimorol, I designed, staffed and ran the Logistics and Procurement Departments as well as tended to government relations. I had a staff of 8 managers responsible for transport, warehousing and purchasing and sourcing products. I frequently served as acting general manager of the plant.

I was one of the internal ABB consultants that integrated a former Soviet gas turbine plant into a modern ABB turbine facility. While there I served as contract manager and was in charge of workshop reconstruction. I also led an order management team that produced our first, ABB gas turbines.
