Paul heads up our legal project management function at Browne Jacobson. Up until recently Paul was a Corporate lawyer and Partner at Browne Jacobson specialising in M&A and private equity transactions and corporate governance. Paul has gained significant hands on project management experience in his 15 years working on and running corporate transactions and projects. He has recently transitioned to a full-time legal project management role to draw on that experience to support clients and colleagues in delivering significant projects.
