Current• hold my IOSH and SMSTS qualifications Level 3 ILM Management Managing 5 teams comprising of 50 engineers, 4 supervisors across 2 offices in Cwmbran and SwanseaI am a confident and strong leader with great leadership qualities who thrives for results and an endeavours to achieve targets.currently my work streams consist of refurnishing 500+ properties per annum and installing 300+bathroms and 500+kitchens.general requirements of role are: • Regularly tendering and overseeing disabled adaptations installations overseeing the new electrical team and managing the • Collaboratively working for multiple clients• Ensuring the work on the Planned program completes within the budget/timescale• Supervision and planning of void properties before the given dead line to maximize rent revenue for the clients• Responsibly for the Health & Safety of the teams including writing risk assessments • Addressing everyday issues with the client, workforce and contractors• Attend weekly management meeting to schedule in work to meet tenant demand • Offering technical advice for onsite instruction to direct workforce and contractors• Responsible for the health and safety of the work force • Attend training courses to coincide with the change in building regulations • Awareness and knowledge of refurbishment programmes• Versatile working with in house systems and daily communication amongst staff and clients
