Provide leadership to the Facey Medical Foundation and Providence Tarzana Medical Center technical services teams and assist in the integration of Facey Medical Group with the St Joseph Providence Health System. Reporting to So Cal Regional Director of End User Services my role managed both a 220 bed regional hospital and a 200 plus provider MSO with 20 ambulatory sites. Directly involved in the creation of IT strategy and initiatives that address the goals of the organization leveraging ITIL based methodologies to build a service organization that is focused on delivering excellence.

In this role I was hired as a consultant to provide leadership and oversight to the desktop services group for the Facey Medical Foundation. Additional responsibilities included the implementation of large scale projects. Deliverables included desktop standardization and implementation of new thin client technologies across 13 ambulatory, clinical and administrative sites. The successful nature of my collaboration with Facey on behalf of Vaco resulted in a permanent management position being created for me.
