Mow Bros operates within the lawn, garden and grounds maintenance industry - we current have two locations servicing residential and commercial clients across the Eastern suburbs of Melbourne as well as the Mornington Peninsula. A desire to experience small business first hand saw the launch of Mow Bros in mid 2010. A lawn and garden maintenance service provider with the aim to provide the best possible customer service and fill a gap in the market where businesses that striven for this kind professionalism and strong client relationship were few and far between. Over the past ten years, the experience gained in having the opportunity to grow a business from scratch has been fantastic. Mow Bros has gone from 'zero', to servicing 250+ regular clients, including residential, commercial, body corporate and schools work. I've navigated the expansion of our business into two separate locations and are meeting the unique needs of our varied customer based. First hand, I've pushed hard to find what it takes to run a successful service based business and am now using that information and experience to our advantage. Putting my academic knowledge into practice has seen successful marketing strategies put into place both online and in print media. Building strong client relationships, managing and motivating staff, creating a fun and vibrant culture within this business and seeking out new opportunities for our business to move into have been critical success factors for this business.
