I am passionate in using my extensive experience in VR sales and systems technologies, and my skills as a VR Systems Architect, to support our global network of clients with appropriate solutions, and to research and implement the next generation of visualization systems. In this role, and as a ‘Systems’ expert, I use my knowledge to question, listen to, and understand a client’s problems and reasons for requiring an visualization solution. Then, through the application of my experience in a wide range of XR hardware platforms, develop an appropriate solution that fits both needs and budgets. Working closely with our technical systems delivery team I am influential in the development of our hardware solutions from a conceptual and commercial standpoint. This involves listening closely to the market trends, aligning and leveraging available and future technologies to the requirements of our customer. These solutions are delivered as a result of a very close relationship with the delivery team and R&D, for technical validation, and the sales team to ensure customer feedback is considered and reflected. The role includes guardianship of solution pricing and the co-ordination of research, concept design and commercialization of new solutions. It also involves a close relationship with the marketing team to ensure that 'Systems' marketing materials are up to date and communicated effectively.

Virtalis is a world-leading VR company delivering both software and hardware solutions to blue chip clients in a wide range industries and across many disciplines, including, design, manufacturing, training, marketing, research.I am regularly engaged with clients from markets including heavy engineering, off-road machinery, power, construction, shipbuilding, rail, academia, aerospace, automotive, medical etc. discussing how VR and AR can be implemented as part of an integrated Industry 4.0 approach, in particular Virtual Digital twins and Virtual Asset Management.Furthermore, I have been instrumental in setting up a regional presence in Asia and developing the international sales of Virtual Reality systems in various markets around the world including the co-ordination of the global re seller network.

Migrated from Business/Division level to Corporate level taking the team with me.The role had guardianship of creative standards and image within all promotional materials for the T&D Group. This encompassed responsibility for 'hands-on' development of integrated marketing tools, graphic design, art direction, brand management tools, video production and digital media including 3D virtual reality tools. Included in this role was the management of the Brand Media team and developing close working relationships with agencies, marketing and communications professionals, to develop successful and leading-edge marketing materials.
