I lead multidisciplinary strategy, design and technology efforts that span innovative digital products, services, and event / venues. Proven history of leveraging emerging tech to revolutionize user experiences in spaces.Along the way I have helped build products, teams and organizations. Driving projects at every stage, from initial stakeholder engagement, through user research, foresight, requirements gathering, concept development, prototyping, detailed design, delivery and support/scaling. I focus on strategic design, digital experience design, service design, technology strategy, spatial computing and product direction. I work on projects that explore how these disciplines and technologies impact our physical spaces and cities. I have collaborated with public and private sector clients such as Alphabet, Apple, Samsung, LG, Related Properties, Brookfield, Verizon, Walmart, Astra Zenica, Port Authority of NYNJ, NYCT Transit, NY Dept of Transportation, LA Metro, LAWA/LAX, VHI Healthcare, UK Dept of Energy, Network Rail, The Foreign Commonwealth Office, MoMA, V&A Museum, and Transport for London. My work has been recognized by multiple awards, such as Communications Arts, IxDA, Cannes Lion and Core 77. I'm also an Associate Professor in the Design Management / Strategic Design program at Pratt Institute and SVA's Interaction Design Graduate Program.
