About Paul Mcdermott
I am an Internationally experienced Physiotherapist with a passion for providing quality care. I have successfully set up and continue to run a PT Led Ponseti clinic with the support of a passionate team at Sidra Medicine. To date we have successfully managed over 250 patients diagnosed with clubfeet and remain the only dedicated PT led specialist Ponseti service in the Middle Eastern region. My career focus is quality improvement in healthcare. I have a proven record in Leading QI projects and empowering others to use QI to improve the quality and safety of their services. This has been recognized by my current employer in winning the 2020 innovation award and 2023 quality award for my work at improving outpatient access in Allied Health. My goal this year is to complete my first year in my second MSc in Quality and Safety in Healthcare.
