At Compaq, I augmented parter support efforts by addressing platform level customer satisfaction issues at enterprise customers. I provided identification and diagnosis of complex platform issues in system BIOS, device driver, operating system, networking, system electronics and human factors.

Following my Active duty service in the U.S. Air Force, I was a field service engineer for several companies. I provided installation, preventive and corrective services on computers and peripherals including IBM and NCR mini computers, high speed printers, tape drives, multi-function card readers, terminals and personal computers. Corrective and optimization services included review of logic diagrams and schematics, cable plans, and use of oscilloscopes, multimeters, logic analyzers and hand tools.
