I am a qualified Exercise & Fitness instructor and I work part time. Previously I worked in the financial services sector for over 30 years. In 2018 I decided to leave the financial services sector and pursue other adventures. I qualified as a community sports coach in 2019 and now coach in my local community across a wide area of sporting activities. I also work with a number of sporting organisations both on a self employed contractual part time basis and in a volunteering capacity. I love my work and in particular the enjoyment & personal satisfaction that comes with it. I am very passionate about helping people to become more active in their every day life for the good of their own mental & well-being. I work with people of all ages and abilities and I see inclusion as one of the most important areas in my current role. It’s all about bringing people together to help them achieve something new & exciting in their own lives and at the same time ensure they have lots of fun & enjoyment along the way.
