My role at Elenium was to manage the end to end activities associated with delivery across hardware and software offerings. Mt clients were Hong Kong International Airport & Auckland Airport. My role was to manage and mediate all internal and external parties for Hardware & Software requirements, this covered areas such as procurement activities, conducting requirements gathering workshops, contact negotiations through to deployment and remediation tasks. Reporting and communication across all activities and parties (internal, external, contractor and permanent staff) was a major part of my role given the location of all parties, products and the various areas the company spans i.e. engineering (design, procure, build, construct, deliver), airlines (integration and deployment), software (SDLC) and management. I managed the design, build and transition activities to a new company 2600sq ft office. The company growth meant the existing office in Tullamarine had become too small and a new building was required to accommodate business, warehouse and showroom spaces. Engagement across the lifecycle was required to ensure all associated vendors, trades and stakeholders were aligned. A seamless move to Essendon Fields occurred over two phases in November and December 2020 – all during the constraints of operating under COVID restrictions and gaining TGA accreditation for a new business requirement.

I joined nbn during its start-up phase. I managed the Commercial and Financial needs of the System Engineering Organisation (SEO (IT CIO)) for both Delivery & Operations Teams. I have managed teams of 10+ people, budgets of $100m+ and Contracts & Commercials for 20+ vendors from Operational resourcing and licenses/software to large scaled resource Statement of Works (SoWs) the range upwards to $20m.

I managed major projects on the Telstra Transformation account I provided end to end project management services to the account for three years which directly assisted Amdocs and Telstra in delivering successfully to production. Dec 2006 – July 2007 V/Line Business Management SolutionThe project aim was to implement the "best practices" from the Microsoft Dynamics AX software to minimise customisation and ease of deployment to the V/Line business in a staged deployment. Paul project managed this project to the UAT stage prior to moving on to the V/Line Project. The system development used both Fujitsu resources and those of Tectura who were contracted to Fujitsu.
