With Russell Phillips & Associates (RPA) since 2003, after spending more than twenty-five years in healthcare security and fifteen years in the fire services. (In December 2017 RPA was acquired and is now fully integrated into Jensen Hughes).Prior to joining RPA (now Jensen Hughes), I managed safety and security in a large acute care health system in upstate New York. I also served as a security consultant to Fortune 500 companies in the US and abroad. My specialized training includes Emergency Management/Preparedness, Foreign & Domestic Terrorism; Conflict Management & Crisis Intervention; and Department of Defense Emergency Responder Training for Nuclear, Biological & Chemical Responder Operations. In addition, l have an extensive background with the fire services, having acted in the capacity of Fire Chief and Company Officer in Ontario County and Monroe County, NY. My fire service certification involved conducting fire investigations at the local and county level, as well as in the insurance industry.
