Owner/operator/therapist at the Jacksonville Center for Counseling. On top of having a full schedule of clients I see weekly I also perform the following tasks/jobs:- Day to day operations of the business, marketing, scheduling, credentialing, finances, general operating duties- daily supervision of therapist's - handle billing of insurance company's and Employment Assistance Programs. - responsible for providing clinically therapeutic programs and treatment for clients- responsible for providing various modalities of care, individual therapy, and treatment intervention with patients- assist in stabilizing and treating patients- provide feedback and input to my counseling team regarding their assessment of the patients strengths, capacities, and responsiveness to the treatment.- assist in discharge planning and interventions to support patient back into the community.- possess working knowledge of psychopathology, diagnostic assessment and related treatment interventions- knowledge of evidence based treatments and ability to individualize treatment approaches to meet each client's needs- able to conceptualize and implement master treatment plan with fully developed problems, objectives and goals and monitor other clinicians to do the same

I like to say that this is the business that started them all. When I first moved to Jacksonville in 2005 to start and complete my Masters in Clinical Psychology I was working for a local running store, 1st Place Sports. During my time there it was a daily occurrence that someone would come into the store and ask about a coach and/or a local running group. It became obvious to me that Jacksonville was missing this. Hence, Personal Running Solutions was born. Since this time the rest of the PRS brand was established (PRS Running Club, PRS Race Timing, PRS Triathlon Club). The running and endurance scene in Jacksonville has exploded since then and many clubs and coaches have now started offering services here in Jacksonville. I would like to believe I had a small hand in getting this started.

The PRS Running Club of Jacksonville Florida was founded by a group of friends who felt that the Jacksonville running community needed a running club where, on any given day of the week, runners of all abilities could meet up with their friends for a hard run and a good time.Since beginning PRS Running Club it has grown to 480 people and is the most active of all of the running clubs here in Jacksonville. The club provides a fun but dedicate tribe of like minded individuals who work hard but also play hard.

I already had a running club and race timing business and many members were looking for a triathlon club to get involved in/with. It was a natural progression and we decided to start this club in 2015. In the first year this club has done some amazing things and has 75 official members at this time. Achievements:- Started the biggest virtual Ironman race in the USA. 450 registrants - This virtual race was so successful participnats begged to compete in a race 4 times. - monthly clinics- training camps- weekly organized training sessions for bike, run, swim workouts

Started out as a masters degree therapist waiting for licensure. Worked my way up in the company before leaving to be a clinical supervisor of the largest Full Service School's team of 12 therapists while still holding a caseload of my own clients. Was the winner of the most productive billing provider 3 years in a row.
